State and Local Police Towing

Police authorized towing and storage fees

In the event we are called by the State or Local police to tow your vehicle the towing charges are $108 plus an additional $3.60 per mile after the first 5 miles. If the vehicle being towed is brought back to our lot the storage fee of $35.00 for the first 24hr. Period and remains on our lot. If the vehicle is not retrieved by the Registered owner within the first 24hr. period, the storage fees increase $35.00 every 24 hrs. It remains on our lot.

Commercial Vehicles: All Vehicles with Commercial Plates

Commercial vehicles towed by the State or Local police charges are $108.00 plus an additional $5.40 per mile after the first 5 miles. Storage policy is the same as stated above however the storage fee for commercial vehicles is $55.00 per 24 hrs. 

If your vehicle has been towed to our lot please call during business hours to confirm charges and what paperwork or ID will be required to release the vehicle to you, the Registered owner.

Cash is accepted to release your vehicle unless your Insurance Company or Body Shop is handling your accident.
